Q: Is there any set-up fee?
A: No! There are absolutely no charges for setting up our clients. This includes templates, letterheads and macros.

Q: Is there a contract we would need to sign?
A: There is no long-term contract.

Q: When are Med DataCare Pro’s transcription services available?
A: Med DataCare Pro is available 24/7, 365 for your dictation and transcription needs. Customer Service is available 7 days a week for support.  The toll-free phone dictation has no down time at all.

Q: Does Med DataCare Pro accept dictation via both phone and digital voice recorder?
A: Yes, Med DataCare Pro provides its customers with a toll-free dial-in dictation line for easy dictation and also supports digital voice files from voice recorders.

Q: How much does it cost to send a fax?
A: There is no additional charge to fax from our online web-based transcription portal.

Q: How long can I store my files with Med DataCare Pro?
A: You may keep your files in our system as long as you like. There is no additional charge for file storage.

Q: Can I have my transcriptions done on my own template and letterhead?
A: Yes, Med DataCare Pro is dedicated to customization as per the client requirement and can accommodate nearly any template request in Microsoft Word.

Q: I have an EMR or EHR, can I have my data placed directly into my current system?
A: We understand that changing the operation pattern We can directly interface with your current EMR, EHR, RIS, Practice Management or other system seamlessly.

Q: Do you provide night time Stat coverage?
A: Med DataCare Pro operates 24*7 through 365 days to provide day and night coverage.

Q: What is your Turn Around Time?
A: Our general turnaround time is 12 to 24 hrs but our Stat services also provide reports within 4 hrs after receiving the dictation.

Q : Are you handling hospitals?
A: Med DataCare Pro’s target market ranges from individual physicians to multi specialty clinics to even hospitals.
